Dr. Jaiye Oyedotun  obtained a First Class degree in Business Administration from the University of Lagos, an MBA from Columbia University, New York, Graduate School of Business majoring in Corporate Finance and Monetary Economics, and a PhD in Financial Economics and Applied Statistics from the University of Iowa, Iowa City.

He has robust experience in many areas of human endeavor, having taught Corporate Finance, Investments and Strategic Management at several higher institutions, including the University of Lagos. He worked in NAL Merchant Bank, First Bank, and Marina International Bank where he retired as the Managing Director. He was also an Honorable Commissioner in Osun State.

Dr. Oyedotun currently sits on the Board of Directors of  other companies.


Dr George is a medical consultant, born  in Lagos, Nigeria. His primary and secondary education were in Ibadan, Oyo State, Nigeria. His tertiary education was in the Ahmadu Bello University, where he gained his doctor of medicine degree, and a postgraduate degree in family medicine. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in tropical and herbal medicine.

Dr George is married to Olajumoke Mobolaji, and the family is blessed with five children. His interests are exploring new ideas, travelling, football, boxing and wrestling.


Helen Titilola lawani is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria as well as an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK. She Trained with Deloitte Haskins and Sells and has held several senior positions in corporate Nigeria in the last twenty five years. She has served in management of pension funds for large multinationals in Nigeria and has a wealth of experience in the area of portfolio/asset management and retirement planning.
Over the years, she has also acquired a lot of experience and developed invaluable skills in the area of management, business development and financial analysis.


Dr Olatunde Adepoju is an educator, author, motivator and consultant.

Dr. Adepoju attended the prestigious Morehouse College, and graduated with a degree in Banking and Finance. He has a Masters of Public Administration from Jacksonville State University, Jacksonville Alabama, and Master of Ministry degree from Southwestern Christian University, Bethany Oklahoma and a doctorate from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa Oklahoma. Passionate about healthy relationship in the workplace, he trains and educates people on working together in spite of their differences.

Dr. Adepoju has exemplified himself in Banking, Finance, Leadership and Administration in public and private institutions. He has demonstrated leadership in a unique way that has brought change into several organizations. He is employed by United States Government and serves as a member of Diversity and Equal Employment Advisory Committee, a committee that promotes unity and equality in the face of diversity difficulties. He advocates embracing leadership principles in a way that overcomes differences and seen as strengths.


Mrs Folake Adeoye is an accomplished Banker with about 20 years cognate experience. She holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Economics from University of Ilorin, Kwara State, in 1986 and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1990 having undergone tutelage with Deloitte Adetona Isichei and Co. Chartered Accountants. She joined the Banking Industry later in 1990 where she had a successful career spanning three major banks in Nigeria namely Guaranty Trust Bank, Zenith Bank and Intercontinental Bank (now Access Bank). She rose to the top of her career as an Executive Director and she retired in 2009 to start her own business, in fulfillment of her dream to help individuals and organizations work smarter to achieve better results.

Mrs Adeoye is currently the MD/CEO of Richwood investment limited- a portfolio and investment management company; Rosewood Property Development Company Limited – a real estate development company and the Chairman of Smart source consulting limited – a manpower training and staff outsourcing company.

She is a Fellow of the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, a Fellow of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, and an Honorary Senior Member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria.
